The Details: All kits are manually operated unless otherwise specified. If you chose the electric option it will come with an electric motor, remote control, and LED lights. Electrical connections to your house will cost extra, or you can arrange connection yourself. Cost assumes pergola can be installed on a relatively flat, hard surface. If you don’t have an existing surface, we can work with you to install one at an extra cost. All orders will be scheduled for installation with in 30 days of making a 10% deposit. 50% payment required upon receiving a scheduled install date. 40% final payment due upon completed installation.
